When I asked the young lady who met us to provide a cot, she replied that we had to wait until the morning staff came.
We were travelling with a 20 month toddler and when we got to the hotel, there was no baby cot in the room even though we had requested this when we booked. I was later told that the taxi driver went to the airport at 4 p.m. We had to make our own way using the airport taxi, luckily, there were no security issues like in most airports. On our arrival in Barbados, there was no taxi at the airport to meet us. I called a day before our arrival to confirm out time of arrival, airline etc and was assured that the taxi had been booked. When we booked, we asked the hotel to help us book a taxi to meet us at the airport. We stayed at Adulo Apartment from 13 to 17 March 2011 and it was a disaster from the outset.
